Do I need a lawyer?
Typically, if you are asking yourself that question the answer is yes. A lawyer can serve any number of functions, guiding you through the legal complexities in both criminal and civil matters. If you are faced with an important issue and have questions about what legal steps to take, it is best to consult a professional for peace of mind and for the most favorable outcome.
How does the Karoly Law Firm charge for its services?
There are several different ways in which we charge fees. Our services can be broken up into three different types of fees:
First, in civil cases, e.g. auto accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, in most cases, if there is no recovery there is no fee.
Second, in criminal cases, typically we charge a flat rate fee for the services agreed upon. Although each matter is different, we take pride in working with our clients to provide them with the services they need.
Finally, some other types of cases are taken on an hourly basis, depending on the prevailing rates of each of our attorneys and staff.
